Every delivery becomes a Google review.
When your team drops off a mattress or sofa, your customer gets a friendly text asking how it went, with one tap to Google. You get more reviews without anyone on staff having to ask.
For independent mattress and furniture stores with 1–10 locations in VA, MD, DC, PA, DE and NJ.
Fast delivery, friendly crew, and they hauled away our old mattress.
How it works
We plug into the way your delivery team already works. Setup takes about a week, and your staff learns one new step.
Your crew marks the delivery done
A single tap on a form or app, or a daily upload from your delivery software. It takes under ten seconds.
Your customer gets a friendly request
Within hours, a text and email from your store, in your voice, with a direct link to your Google review page. A follow-up goes out if they don’t open it.
Reviews land on Google
Every customer is asked the same way, happy or not. You see every reply, and we help you respond to reviews so new shoppers see a store that cares.

The math is simple
Most stores already earn plenty of happy customers. They just never get asked. Here’s an illustrative example. Your audit uses your own numbers.
Example only. Results depend on your delivery volume and customer experience. We never promise a specific number of reviews or a specific rating.

Questions store owners ask
Is this allowed by Google?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews. It prohibits offering incentives and only asking happy customers, known as “review gating.” We do neither: every customer gets the same honest request, and nobody is paid or rewarded for a review.
What if a customer had a bad experience?
They get the same request as everyone else. You see their reply right away, so your team can make it right. Thoughtful responses to tough reviews often build more trust than a perfect rating.
Does my team need to learn new software?
No. Your crew marks a delivery done with one tap, or you send a daily list. We handle the rest.
How fast does it start?
Email requests can go out within a week of signing up. Texting starts as soon as your store’s business texting registration is approved by the phone carriers, usually within one to two weeks. We handle that paperwork with you.
